Bridal Gown Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All other items have a 50% re-stocking fee. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Buyer must contact us to obtain RMA prior to returning order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned at buyer's expense. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days (including Holidays and or weekends) of order arrival date.
