Ginny's Bridal Collection ships almost anywhere in the world. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS based on the best cost-effective/time-efficient option. All orders are shipped fully insured and with tracking.
All orders are checked 3 times before being shipped in order to ensure accuracy and quality of order being shipped. In case item(s) are damaged during transit, please notify driver immediately to get a claim noted. Customer must also contact us at info@ginnysbridalcollection.com. Delivery Signature is required for all orders over $500.
Availability refers to the time it takes the designer to ship your order to Ginny's Bridal Collection. This time frame is only an estimate and may vary due to the designer production schedule. You will receive a more accurate ship date within 10 business days after you placed your order. Expedited processing is offered by some designers (at extra cost), this will reduce the estimated ship date. MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 WEEKS.
We ship most orders worldwide. However, due to designer policy / restrictions, some brands do not allow orders outside the United States of America. If an order is placed for an item with such restriction, the order will be refunded & canceled. The items with international restrictions have category restrictions with the following description "PER DESIGNER POLICY, THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD / SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. IF YOU PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER FOR THESE ITEMS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED AND CANCELED."
